Mr. Capalot, also known as Polo Capalot as he is sometimes called by the name of Chicago Illinois started to gain popularity after he uploaded tracks on YouTube. His first releases were tracks including The Come Up and Never Cared and also made his debut on SoundCloud with a mixtape, OFFICIAL POLO.G SoundCloud. Gang With Me was his first single to chart, which was and was followed by Finer things. The song was composed by the singer while in jail.
